Trilogy didnt give me my full security deposit that I worked hard for , they took 143.50 talking about unpaid rent when I clearly paid all my rent. They took 52.50 from me when it was supposedly to be due 5/1/22 , they also took 91.00 from me saying prorated rent when I clearly already paid for prorated rent , whats so crazy is that they dont even take your rent if its not in full , so I know they made major errors on my security deposit and I dont appreciate, the office told me to put a a dispute through email and they still havent contacted me, I also been calling since I moved and got my security deposit paper in the mail and they havent been picking up the phone.

My agent didn't give me all the information that I needed to move in, after waiting for two weeks later I couldn't get her to return my calls so I said forget and moved somewhere else!

I had a year lease that ended 6.30.18 at the last minute I needed to extend it another month. It was extended without issue. There are plenty of pets on the property but the neighbors around me kept theirs quiet. I found the place to be decent & affordable & didn't have any issues with sketchy neighbors. I didn't use the amenities much but the theater was nice. I would certainly live there again If my work brought me back to the area.
