We enjoyed it while we lived there but things started going downhill so we moved on. Not worth the rental price.

The apartments and community are safe and clean. For the price, I would expect more interior updates. Maintenance issues are responded to promptly.

I really like the floorplan, size, and location. Buildings and landscape are very nice and they are improving. My one complaint with the apartment are the thin walls --it can sound like neighbors are in the same room. Manager can be rude, and not LISTEN. People tend not to park in carports, leaving nowhere to park. They should make a point to clean around the garbage bins and grounds daily or more frequently if they already do. Love the dog bags they supply. More notice on apt entry.
