Stoneybrooke Apartments

This is definitely a bail and switch. On all the rental web sites its listed at $595 but when you go onto the website its $920!!!! When I contacted them they said the rental sites werent always accurate. So why not change it.

The price and location of Stoneybrooke apartments were the two most important reasons that I selected living there. I have lived there for over a year and renewed my lease for another. When I moved in, I had told myself that because it was so inexpensive, it probably would have a lot of maintenance problems as well as noise. I have been pleasantly surprised. I have only had very minor maintenance requests, which were filled immediately and very rarely have a problem with noise.

The apartment is very spacious and well kept. The staff are very prompt when I place a request for anything.

The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Maintenance is quick to fix anything that may possibly be wrong and they are very friendly. The office personnel is very friendly as well and they are there to help you with anything you need.

In 3 years, I never had a problem that was not solved timely. All of the employees, office staff, groundskeepers, etc. were the best and friendliest.

at the apartment that we live we are consistently getting complaints saying that we are loud and we aren't. then when other people have their music blasting they have it on consistently and nobody does anything about it.
