If you have dogs or kids that like to play outside I would stay away from these apartments. Everywhere you walk there is dog waste. Next to the sidewalk, on the sidewalk, in the parks, near the childrens playgrounds, you name it. Every day you walk by and there is more waste than the day before. Management refuses to clean up the mess or hold the guilty parties responsible. The best idea they have is to fine every resident of a whole building if they find dog waste nearby. Im not sure I want to pay for the laziness of irresponsible pet owners when it is the managements duty to ensure clean and safe grounds. I highly doubt any of these fines would go toward paying a crew to clean up the mess. More likely it would go into the owners pockets. Stay away for your health and your pets health. Youre going to end up bringing feces into your apartment every time you take your dog on a walk. Im fed up with this and will be moving out as soon as my lease expires. Update: The property managers prefer to give empty promises with no commitment to fixing the issue. They even went as far as insinuating that they would take disciplinary action as a way to silence me. For a place that probably takes in $500k revenue per month, they sure are cheap!

The building looks good, a lot of constructions going on and the surroundings are just bad, no trees, just 1-meter tall grass fields. Also, the sidewalks are not finished, it is just dirt and soil. Overall feels like an unfinished project. But none of these make the apartment as unattractive as their incompetent staff. It seems like all they care is to get you in and they will literally say anything you want to get you apply, but once you applied, they will instantly ignore you questions and try to lure the next tenants. Also, they will ask you to pay $500 deposit and $75 application fee and that $500 deposit is only refundable within 48 hours, which means if they take 48 hours to process your application and you decide to not move in after they tell you something new, you are out of $500. I wouldnt recommend this apartment to anyone. It is a one-time deal for me.

Actually the worst application experience Ive ever had. Management is very unprofessional and unreliable. Ive always seen reviews of companies with bad application processes, but never experienced it first hand. They would completely lie in my face, and not get back with me. Took me weeks to even get an ask for more documents, and even then Id have to contact them to get any updates. Extremely disappointed in this because I really wanted to join the community. But all of this back and forth left a terrible impression for me. Wouldnt recommend the complex to anyone and of course, you have to withdraw your application within 48 hours to receive your 500$ back. Even though it took them almost 2 weeks to let me know if I was approved or denied. Sadly, I have to stay with this community, if I had a choice I wouldnt. Dont let the looks fool you.
