    I love living here, I really cant complain. I don't like apartment life but for an apartment this place is great. Its very quiet, the only place you can hear others is in the common hallway. It's a small complex and family friendly. For an important issue, maintenance will come the same day. For non emergent problems, they come within a reasonable time. It's also much nicer than in the pictures you see online.

    The Apartment manger Tammy was outstanding. Making sure any service issues were handled immediately.

    The apartments are nice and a good value for the area. I like the staff that work here and the grounds are kept nice and clean. I have had a few issues with maintenance, but nothing major in the big picture.

    They seemed very nice when I first signed my lease. After being here for a few months the "nice" is not as I thought. I feel it was to make things sound great but don't dare ask for the extra key that they said they would give you that after 2 months I still have not been able to get from them. ugh!!

    The apartments are falling apart. Outside of the building was not presentable at all. This was information I had before I moved in, but I dont think I realized how bad it was till I had to look at it everyday.

    No heat in hallways, Washer and Dryer do not work properly. Poor Carpeting,.
