This property was beautiful, and exactly as depicted on line. The gated community is a plus, and the models give you a true feel of your potential new home! Debra was detail oriented, pointing out all of the beautiful features. I appreciated her knowledge hospitality!!!

My husband and I rented at Knollwood while looking to buy and for the time we were there it was a great place. The layout I loved, a two bedroom with split bedrooms for privacy. it was clean and a perfect location for us. They worked with us in the office to make sure we were happy with an ideal apartment. If Maintenance was needed they were there pronto. No problem whatsoever. Lawn maintenance did a great job keeping the complex beautifully manicured. Even the guards at the front gate were excellent people , an all around great place to live. Thank you everyone for making us feel welcome and comfortable...

Fixtures, HVAC, appliances, flooring, windows very dated. Poor HVAC maintenance. Refuse removal continuing problem.

The last time these apartments were remodeled has to have been in the 80's - the quality of the apartment furnishings is cheap, the carpet has been replaced in pieces, the garage door openers are incredibly out-dated and so loud that they wake you up when anyone in the building uses them, the sprinkler outside is constantly running, even when it's raining, so the landscape is a swamp, and the insulation is so bad I can hear every car honking going through the traffic circle outside my bedroom.
