Youf te dropped the ball I have cash to move w/in. 30 days Currently in an old pioneer home black mold I cant express how urgent I get out My housing contract gives my current landlord a 30 day notice And after that I can schd a housing safety inspection gir 55+. And passed I can move in

Very disappointed living here I had to get out rent was way too high the manager they have now is a total idiot and I'm being polite it says pets okay I heard of a family that got evicted because their dog got out but there's dogs roaming all over doesn't make any sense to me children are at the pool after hours unattended that's against state law I just hated it there I have a beautiful place now a couple miles away I hope whoever reads this takes it to heart

It would be more helpful if we could pay via debit card for rent online as my husband and I do not like to use checks. Our home is nice, however the people before us did NOT take care of the home.

Still waiting on repairs to be done to house that have been said would be taken care of and yard a mud hole that was said to be fixed from house being moved into lot.
