Churchill Place is an ideal environment for older couples or older individuals, however it is Not an ideal env Read Moreironment for young families. Rules are strict and enforced residents are not very friendly, ideal place for introverts and homebodies. Owner won't allow a simple yearly yard sale/garage sale although Many residents have asked every year. My downstairs neighbors (they lived on 2nd floor) waited for 2 years to get a 1st floor apartment, these apartments were given to new tenants.

It is very quiet. I rarely see residents. It seems more residents are middle aged to older adults, so very f Read Moreew kids. I really appreciate that. No pets allowed! I would prefer no one smoke on their patios underneath me, but realize that's not very likely.

Owner did what he could to make it possible for me to move there.
Office personnel very nice. Maintenance Read Moregets things done same day request was put in.
Love apartment layout, nice size rooms, friendly neighbors. Moved in 3 years ago and love it here.

The actual apartment was nice, but had a sink backing up in the kitchen 2 times-we called the emergency after- Read Morehours number, they told us they would be there sometime in the morning. We lived on the second floor and they had said it was coming from the apartment above us, it was nasty smelling and it would have been all over the floor if we had not started bailing the water. Also,a shower door in the main bathroom shattered (bathroom was empty) and they charged us for the door.
