None of these complexes responded. Terrible business. Wished there was a minus star. 1 is entirely to much! There needs to be something else other than potential.

You pay your rent on time and can not get repairs done. Your HEAT is INCLUDED in your rent and the owner does not want to turn any heat on because he doesn't want his gas bill to get too high. I have called buildind and safety on Village square apts. and they have been fined and he still will not turn any heat on.
