The place is okay at best. Maintenance team absolutely sucks. They try to act like issues that are issues are normal and it gets very annoying to deal with. Especially when you pay ridiculous amount in rent since they like to charge you for things like parking and a gym that is subpar. I would avoid this place if you can help it. I plan on moving when my lease is up.

This place is absolute trash ran by crooks and imbeciles. The units are literally falling apart . Leaks, no hot water on and off all year. You pay for heat but they decide when to turn it on and its usually once theres snow on the ground . If you complain theyll tell you to buy space heater if you dont like it. Even when they turn the heat on it constantly goes out . Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had never seen this level of negligence. Hidden fees on every payment. You can be the only person living in the entire building and theyll charge you for a noise complaint from one of your neighbors. Broken utilities, outside doors with no handles and trash flying everywhere. Worst place on this planet .

Wouldnt recommend living here a lot of hidden fees, also fees that dont make sense. Maintenance request takes forever to be answered. Also the staff in the leasing office are never able to answer questions, say theyll put you down to talk to someone and no calls are ever made on their end. 0 out of 10 wouldnt recommend.

Rent increases by 150-200$ with multiple hidden charges when you submit an application (with 400$ non refundable application fee). Was shown a renovated room for the tour and when I moved I saw that they had just face-lifted the apartment with paint and new doors and handles on the old rotting cabinets, drawers and counters. You end up paying $1300 for an old rotting apartment with no central AC and pay them a couple of hundred dollars for no reason. Had very bad experience with the leasing staff. They are literally two-faced people. They talk very kindly and politely to prospective tenants, and the moment you say you are an existing tenant their whole demeanor changes. They send out notices with a back-date and indicate that you have not complied with it and have to pay the fine. They told me I need to add the word 'Attn' to the renters insurance otherwise pay a 60$ fine for the month of December, my lease ends on 4th of the same month! The notice they sent out for this was dated 23rd September 2022 was sent via email on 18th November 2022. When I asked the leasing office about this they said it's my fault for not having the exact words (which they changed since I signed the lease and without notifying me). I will update more when I move out on 4th December and I have very good feeling they will add more stupid charges.

So i moved in to an apartment I hadnt seen because they gave away the one that was supposed to be for me all appliances broken and they have a terrible way of going about business just untrustworthy even been given rent back to make my balance stay over a month late they fixed one appliance but left the other one dont even wanna say the other thing

Bad!!! A lot of extra charges on utilities, maintenance is bad been here 3 months stuff still doesn't work right. There is no sand volleyball courts, no dog area, and the pool isn't open posted hrs. Been too office and emailed a tin of times no repairs after 3 months. No reply to emails, no action when you go to the office. Don't waste your $ moving here.
