Don't believe ANYTHING Management tells you!! These old buildings have "paper thin" walls and ceilings and yo Read Moreu'll hear everything! Dirty hallways and laundry rooms which MAY get trash emptied or halls vacuumed monthly. Maintenance, landscaping, fitness center are WAY BELOW normal expectations, and regardless of what they say, Management couldn't care less. I've been here nearly 3 years and always a rent increase and NO improvements!

There was an ongoing insect problem (I have no idea what the bugs were) for the entire time I lived there. The Read More leasing office staff were no help. The manager was no help. They sent pest control to my apartment twice and that was it. They were supposed to move me into another unit. Never heard from the manager again after that conversation. Never returned my calls or anything. It wasn't a dump, but not as nice as I originally thought and was told.

When I was there it was the Madison Apartments. Hallway was always messy with mail and not cleaned very often Read More. The people above me were kind, but very noisy which is understandable with a child. I didn't feel very comfortable when the weather was warm and there were children playing in the lot; mainly because of their safety and perhaps damage to parked cars. The reason I left was my need for a washer & dryer within my apartment & to be closer to family.

repairs are not done in a timely manner, I had no air all summer, laundry rooms and the hallways are nasty and Read More the grounds are only kept up near the leasing office and I live in the back where they don't care about the grass or plowing the snow, when my lease is up I am moving!

Management on the property has been sketchy at best, supposed to be better now. I have yet in the past 18 mon Read Moreths called to have something fixed, and gotten it fixed without calling multiple times, and in the end having to track down the 'manager' (of the moment) to get it done. I want one call, problem fixed.
