Located on extremely noisy street with several late night bars and concerts venues in the immediate surrounding area. The overhang from the roof line amplifies the sounds from the road. You can literally hear loud conversations taking place outside even from higher located units. Parking is convenient but on the expensive side ($116.00/month). Sitting area on the roof is unfinished with very limited usable furniture. On the bright side, my two bedroom unit is rather spacious and has a balcony. Windows are floor to ceiling and service requests are performed quite rapidly.
