Dirty property, ghetto neighbors, mine and my childrens safety was threatened here by a crazy neighbor who mistook me for someone else and management did nothing. When I moved, even after providing them with a 30 day notice, and breaking the lease the way they ask you to, i still was hit with 3,000 in fees that I was never notified of until after I went to move again and was told it landed in collections. You couldnt pay me any amount to live here.

Breton court isn't the nicest place to stay and has a track record of housing shady people. I lived below a couple with daily, and nightly, domestic dispute issues, all ending with hearing the sobbing of the woman after getting beaten and being pushed all around the apartment. It was brought to staff attention. Nothing was done about it. My apartment also had a very bad mold problem. It was growing on the walls with exterior faces. All maintenance would do was continually repaint over it.
