Breton court isn't the nicest place to stay and has a track record of housing shady people. I lived below a couple with daily, and nightly, domestic dispute issues, all ending with hearing the sobbing of the woman after getting beaten and being pushed all around the apartment. It was brought to staff attention. Nothing was done about it. My apartment also had a very bad mold problem. It was growing on the walls with exterior faces. All maintenance would do was continually repaint over it.

Slow to respond to repair requests. Apartment viewed was much better than the apartment rented. Toilet overflowed 3 times in apartment upstairs. Shower constantly leaked hot water.
