    They need to get their application process in order. I applied twice per their order and was still denied for no reason. They need better understanding of their computer software

    I lived in these apts for 3 yrs. I had problems with the pipes bursting and they sent workers over to cut out the walls and fix the pipes and they did a very poor job fixing the walls. When I moved in the apt was not cleaned well and the carpet was in horrible condition. I also complained about my apt always smelling like smoke and they said there is nothing they could do. The pool was nice but they do not take care or keep up on their apts.

    You could hear people in other apartments or smell there cooking or if they smoked. Getting repairs done took forever and more then one phone call to get the work either done or finished.

    A leak in the downstairs apartment resulted in many holes in my walls that, after being put there, took months to finish, while accessing pipies behind my walls responsible for the water damage downstairs. I could not use my coat closet and damaged items were not repaired/replaced. While there, I took special care of the carpet, and then, without providing any proof of damage, they removed the carpet and charged me for it, citing smell as the damage.
