I am happy I ignore the negative reviews...I am not going to lie I was worried but I really do love it here. T Read Morehe front staff has been extremely helpful from day one and responsive. I have been living here over a month its quiet. The price is good for a great location. Its clean and has a lot of space. I am extremely happy with this place. The worst thing is my neighbors smoke and I can smell it.

I dismissed all bad reviews, and I am so glad that I did. Only two months into my lease I am already in love w Read Moreith where I live. The staff here is excellent, and that's an understatement. The folks at the leasing office are incredibly friendly, helpful, and so welcoming. After I moved in with my boyfriend, the staff was quick to address all of my concerns. I asked to have a few doors in the apartment looked at, and maintenance was at my apartment the next morning. The maintenance is also very friendly. All bad reviews I have seen were posted before the new staff. Give this place a shot.

This is by far the worse rental property in Grand Rapids. Do yourself a favor and look at other properties in Read More the area. North view Harbor is overpriced. Absolutely no storage or cabinet space. The appliances are out dated like from the early 90's. I can't tell you how many times I have had maintenance requests in which I had to ask at least 3-4 times before they finally responded. Still, the problems persist as they do mediocre repairs. The A/C and heaters are so old my utilities are expensive, nothing is energy star so be prepared to pay a lot for those on top of the overpriced rent. The old manager was wonderful (KJ) and I am not quite sure why he is no longer here because the new manager is just plain rude! The office staff is nice but at times make you feel like you are an inconviennce. The buildings need so much repair and they are not getting done. The spiders during the summer are so bad, and they do not take care of the webs. The doors in the hallways leading to your apartment do not shut, the locks Break on the outside doors all the time. You as a resident are responsible for everything. There is absolutely no amentities to this place! The new property management is horrible as they do not provide any quality service or repairs...pretty much just want to overcharge you for your rent and take your money because it's clear they are not investing it back into the property.

I disregarded the negative reviews as isolated incidents, which was a huge mistake. The short story is that I' Read Morem now living an over-price apartment in need of major repairs, without central air.
This complex is run by a professional management company (Ressco). I am sympathetic to their excuses, but a professional management company should be well-equipped to handle any of the explanations I've been given. Fact is, this place is expensive, and I am no getting what I pay for.
