The staff has an edgy attitude and rush the process through making it sound like there is such high demand you must sign quickly. That, in fact is not true. The appartment smelled intensly of smoke, the hallways were dirty, and smelled like smoke as well, and on two occasions outside salespeople came to my door within a buzz in locked front door facility.

The office staff are great, always professional and welcoming. The downside are realistic things that are out of their control. My neighbors are nice but noisy, the walls are thin therefore I can hear everything. I can hear the people above me running up and down the stairs especially at night, conversations, and music playing. These things are not meant to be a negative reflection on the Fountains and their staff because they always provide great service. Love my apartment hate the noise
