Upon arrival to apply for tenancy with Preserve at Woodfield, I encountered a very rude and snobby leasing agent. The leasing agent Teona even admitted when questioned about her behavior towards me, that she was having a bad day. This behavior displayed by this particular leasing agent should not be accepted. I was simply attempting to fill out an application and provide proofs of income. She became very rude in going over my paperwork. I was forced to ask to speak with her supervisor, in which he apologized and continue assisting me with the application process. Even though I did continue applying, I felt very uneasy about becoming a potential tenant within their apartment community. Please BE AWARE!!!!!!

Office extremely difficult to reach. The outside entities that advertise for them are inaccurate. None of the websites seem updated. Just numerous inconsistencies...

This is a very nice place to live. I lived here before for 3 years, and I enjoyed it, everyone in the office was nice curious even the manager back then. I would like to move back soon. Iam going to Apply again. Thanks everyone.

Never update website says they have apartments and when you call you have to pay to get on waiting list

We've had no major issues with neighbors or crime. I feel the rent is fair. However trying to get management to address issues or repairs requires the patience of a saint.
