Apartment will be available for an April 3rd move in. Features restored hardwood flooring throughout & lots of room for storage in the basement! Recently remodeled with newer paint, newer vinyl flooring and hardwood floors were refinished.
Once it's vacated we will be doing some repairs, touch up paint and cleaning.
Water is included, resident pays gas, electric & trash. Up to two pets welcome, please ask for details on pet restrictions & fees. 12 month lease. There is also an option to rent the one stall garage & driveway for $40 monthly!
Indoor smoking is not permitted. We anticipate it will be rented out quickly, so we respectfully ask for serious inquires for early to mid April move ins please. Professionally managed by Roe Rentals. Quick application process. We consider credit & rental history, we look for 3 times the rent in gross monthly income & we do a basic background check.
Apartment will be occupied until late March, showings will be available once it's vacated. Accepting rental applications now! Paper applications available in leasing office, online application also available. Application fee only $25 per adult. We can take a $500 non-refundable holding fee at time of application to take it off the market; hold fee goes towards deposit, or is refunded if application can not be approved.
We accept Section 8 vouchers in accordance with local laws, please check with your housing coordinator to verify that $850 rent with water included (you pay gas, electric & trash) works within your voucher guidelines prior to applying. However we generally do not participate with other types of vouchers that are for less than 12 months, unless applicant meets application guidelines including income requirement of 3 times the rent in gross monthly income.
