Prentiss Pointe

I love the new staff in the office; all of the turnover has been for the better. Everyone I interact with now couldn't be nicer. Maintenance & housekeeping are wonderful, and now that the pool is closed, I'm enjoying the peaceful enjoyment I pay to have in this beautiful community. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating is because I want to see a lot of changes in the community areas when the pool re-opens. The fitness room also needs updating very badly.

Apartment was nice and quiet community for the most part. I was assigned a car port when I moved in. I informed them a car was there and they assigned me a new one. I had that one for 5 months and was then told I had to move my car or be towed. They said I was being assigned a third one because I was given the wrong one to begin with. The third one was occupied by someone who had lived their for apparently three years. They were re assigned a car port.

The community has changed since moving in.

Apartments are very quiet; grounds are kept clean; beautiful area, close to nature trails and park. Rent is very high considering we pay all utilities plus renters insurance. To minimmize move outs, consider lowering rent for your tenants that pay rent each month on time and recommend your properties to others.

Excellent location, well maintained, excellent service. Apartment well designed and furnished. Great amentities.
