Watch out for the bald guy with a fake n bake tan at the pool randomly calling people derogatory terms that are swimming when the people never knew him or saw him and were minding their own business. Just say no to drugs !

We moved in about two weeks ago and LOVE it here. Everyone has been warm and welcoming, there is a diverse group of people, various ages, families, young adults which makes it easy for everyone to "mesh". The amenities are great and the house is BEAUTIFUL. Was turn key ready (cleanliness and all) first time In YEARS I did not have to clean before I moved in. Staff are wonderful. Hannah is extremely kind and helpful. I can see my family staying here for a few years.

We loved living at Willoughby. The location is super convenient plus close to both Valhalla Park and the River Trail which we used all the time. The until was well layed out and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful.

Beautiful and affordable property. Extremely well maintained facilities. Going on 6 years with no plans on moving. Take a tour!

The apartment itself was a great size, the appliances were all new and up to date. The overall property is always pristine. The grounds, pool and weight room are always kept in great condition. Rob and the rest of the facility guys were the best in the biz. They were always so quick to respond, extremely friendly, personable and they always fixed our problems in the few times we called. Kurt runs the complex & he is fantastic to work with. He helped us get settled while we were moving from across the country, he always kept the residents in the know for any scheduled routine maintenance, he was always available for whatever any of the residents could need. I would highly recommend this property.

I lived here for two years and overall, I enjoyed my experience. Kurt and the maintenance staff were great and always responded within a day. I was able to use the gym at the apartment for about 90% of my workouts. The pool can get pretty crowded on the weekends but during the week its virtually empty. The trails are all walking distance from the complex as well. The parking situation is pretty bad and I highly recommend getting a carport. Parking after 6pm is difficult and you will most likely have to park farther away or even at the main office the later you come back. The main complaint that I had was the noise, which isn’t at fault of management but just how the apartments were built. You will hear your neighbors a lot, including people walking, phone alarms, and just loud voices. You get use to it after awhile, but can get frustrating if you have inconsiderate neighbors that blast music every evening.
