    The staff is very friendly, helpful, and personable. The maintenance staff is very timely to respond to all inquiries and requests. The actual facilities are of good quality as well.

    Snow removal, salting, landscaping, lawn maintenance are all very good. The condition of my apartment when I moved in however, was not. The toilets were not cleaned, water had evaporated out of both of them and there was black scale at the bottom of both of them. The carpeting was not vacuumed nor shampooed. I have lived in the condos previously, and the care and maintenance seemed superior to my experience living in the apartment. Office did not believe what I had to say.

    A lot of the department experience is driven by your neighbours as the walls are very thin. This is one big minus the apartment complex has, you can hear your neighbours, especially upstairs, very good...to good which leads sometimes to issues. Otherwise I'm very happy with the apartment, great staff and beautiful outside and inside.

    I am on the fence between giving them an average rating and good rating. The apartments themselves are pretty nice but as it is currently winter they do not do the best job keeping the driving area plowed and salted. On most snowy days they are just starting to get things cleaned up when i leave for work. When exiting they have a large pile of snow so it is very difficult to see traffic when trying to leave the complex. In all the staff is very helpful and are open on weekends.
