the Apt is nice but is starting to show its age badly the cupboards state they are 1973 compliant... the kitchen sink area is sagging... was told they are doing up grades to some of the apartments... the unit above mine was refurbished due to a severe water leak from the 3rd floor apartment and it all came down to my unit as well... i did not receive an upgrade because i apparently was to smart to put buckets down and contained the water to prevent damage...
