I really dislike this place they have no ideal how to properly run this place. These ppl dont match up there t Read Moreenants right I mean why would you move a 60 yr old couple next to somebody in their mid 20s the hallways are horrible the staff act like their nice but theyre not if theres an issue they dont want to handle it or will never call you back until three or four days later I suggest moving across the street to the new apartment because these have not been updated in forever and if you do get an updated apartment youre going to be paying 1400. please dont move here I hate it.

We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing some issues within your apartment, we apologize for any inconveniences or difficulties you've experienced. It's our goal to make sure every resident receives the best possible experience and our staff is dedicated to fixing any problems that arise. Are you aware of the multiple ways on how to place a work order? If not, I'm more than happy to go through those with you- just let me know. Our maintenance team works on service request in the order in which they're received (unless it's an emergency, those work orders will go straight to the top- delaying any non-emergency work orders). But as soon as something breaks or introduces an issue- I'd suggest you get a work order placed. That way, the issue can get resolved as soon as possible.
This property was really bad. I moved in since 2016 till now, but I have had many problems and issues. For exa Read Moremple, first the carpet really dirty since I moved and I told the main office and they promised me to replace the carpet. But for over 2 years no one come and do what I like. There are a lot of stains on the carpet and I sent an email to the office and the pictures and still with me so far. When the contract was renewed they was promised me to clean it and it was not done. Second, I have the dishwasher has cant be using,((there is a lot of rust inside)) and I requested the maintenance guys many time but no one help me for that until now (( 6 MAR, 2018)) . That happened since last summer. Also this dishwasher was really bad. they came and bring some cleaning solution and leave the dishwasher working until stopped and they not back to check it. I went to office each week, sometime I went to them twice per week they told me. please witting for hour in your apartment we will send the maintenance guy. sometime I not leaving my apartment I Just waiting for them. One day my son was sick and I wanted to go to the hospital, but I could not because they told me waiting for the maintenance man to come to you soon. Unfortunately did not come. I am so tired I am live in building 11.

We see that there have been several work orders that have been completed concerning your dishwasher, including information on how to properly load your dishwasher, utilizing it to its fullest potential... load your dishwasher, scrub off larger debris from your dishes before placing them into your dishwasher, and using the correct cleaning agent. Although Drakes Pond is pretty nice, it was awfully expensive and there wasn't any quality to the apartments. Read MoreThe kitchen cabinets must be bathroom cabinets because I had to "rig" a dish drying rack just to get my plates to fit (vertically) because the cabinets were so small. Other than that I did enjoy the space and having a large patio was very nice.
