          With the gas included for cooking and heat it is a good value. They are very quick to respond to maintenance requests

          Everyone here is so friendly, maintenance and office staff are always egear to help you and go that extra mile. Maintenance is alway out cleaning, trimming, removing snow and cleaning walks like at 5.00 am, they even wave with a smile when you drive by. The apartments are in great shape and everything seem to be working in tip top shape, I love it here.

          Lived here for a short while, rented a 1 bedroom in their oldest and cheapest building. I knew my timeline here was short so I thought I'd save a bit by going cheap.... well cheap is what I got. Mice in apartment, leaks that caused the ceiling to fall in... awful appliances... mold... this place left everything to be desired.... all for the low price of $1k a month. On my move in inspection I noted everything was damaged... because it was. The one thing I left out was the carpeting... wouldn't you know thats the one thing they tried to pin on me to keep all of my security deposit. Well guess what TRACY (office manager) I got it all back! See theres a thing in Michigan called "expected wear and tear" and you can't charge a renter for it! Anyway... renter beware... this place is safe and a friendly neighborhood but a giant scam. I'd look elsewhere.

          never got a answer on the apt. open 6 25 20. looks like they don't care. not a good way to do business.

          I enjoy living here but the snow/ice removal was hit or miss this winter. The sidewalks were not shoveled in a timely manner and salt was never put down on the roads making it very difficult to get to my carport due to the ice.
