Don't trust them! Avoid this place! I did not receive the letter stating I needed to renew 2 months in advan Read Morece. I now have to pay OVER the market value just to renew! I never complain. I am a quiet resident. The handrails on the outside steps are not good, I have fallen. The office only cares about new residents and can be condescending if you have complaints. I had a stopped up toilet for almost a full day before they gave maintenance the request. I even called on top of putting in the request online but they didn't care to let maintenance know.

This place really is a sham. They can't even get good reviews so they have to bribe their own residents to wri Read Morete fakes ones. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This is by far the worst!!!!!!

I lived at this complex for three years. When LandCo sold the place it went downhill quickly. The grounds wer Read Moree neglected, snow removal very poor, the hallways never cleaned. I did not have personal dealings with maintenance issues in my apt but many in my building did and very unfavorable. The laundry faculties were so filthy I went off-site to do mine. Of the 4 apts on my floor 3 of us moved out within a few months of each other because we had had enough.

When I first moved in to Eastland Apartments, I loved it. However, the property was bought by a management com Read Morepany who made a lot of promises and delivered little. It was a hassle to get an old a/c unit replaced in my apartment, because they had to get an "approval" because the old unit was still working, just working poorly (in 90+ degree weather this wasn't negotiable). Rent rates shot up to fund community projects/spaces and none of it happened (example: the dog park).
