Orion Cove

I have lived at Orion Cove for the last three years and it's a great place! Whenever I need something fixed they come within the day and take care of it. I live in the spacious two bedroom, and let me tell you, there's more storage than you'll ever need. I love the fact it's so close to downtown, where in the summer/spring it's just a simple walk down the road. You're 10 minutes from Great Lakes Crossing and other shopping areas. Only 15-20 Minutes from Rochester and not too far from other bigger cities as well. I'd highly recommend Orion Cove to anyone where it's their first place to call a home.

I have been here almost 2 years. I have enjoyed my stay here. I did have problems with noisy neighbors, however the management took care of that.

Orion Cove does a fantastic job of keeping this community a clean and quiet place to live! Our neighbors are very friendly, and they are quick to fix any maintenance issues (usually within 24 hours). My family and I are very happy here! ??

Although the staff is friendly, the community has some stupid rules, raises the rent every year and sometimes makes unsatisfactory repairs.

The apartments are not fancy but it serves its purpose. There are components that need to be repaired / updated. Parking is a free for all even when paying for a covered spot.

All of my maintenance requests were answered and completed promptly.
