    Everything felt clean and safe. They were responsive to questions and issues. They were helpful guiding me through my first lease. Nice pool and trails to walk around.

    The apartments are perfectly fine for what youre paying. Everything is pretty cheap inside and breaks easily but the maintenance crew is great. They show up the next day and fix everything right away. The staff on the other hand is the worst Ive ever dealt with out of any leasing company Ive rented from in the past (Ive used many different ones). Not only are they extremely unhelpful, but they are also rude and have horrible customer services skills. They treat you like theyre doing you a favor by letting you rent from them. If youre a few days late on your rent, they send you eviction papers and charge you almost $200 for the lawyer to draft them up. Ive even had them block my email because they didnt want to help. They frequently change around the different methods of payment they will accept; which is designed to make your life harder. They lack competent management and I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again (I made that mistake in the past). Corrections officers treat their prisoners better. Good luck if you pick this place!

    The manager here is a rude person, talking to unprofessional customers. I have a video of the manager talk when we asked for a home inspection before we returned the contract. He said, "how much money he wants to deduct for us if he want to" I have nothing to say. I will post that video the most recent day this month on how the manager talks and works there One star still not worth it. because it is worse than that.
