This apartment complex is over priced, under maintained, has a rude staff, is barely cleaned and is just overall awful. The apartment doesn't deal with bad tenants. We have made maintenance and noise complaints that have never been addressed.

My friend lives there.They have very nice 1 and 2 bedroom apartments a pool and lots of parking. Maintenence is right on top of things. Shopping is very close. A great place to put down roots.

I've been living here for 3 years now and I have had very little issues, staff is nice and greet me every time I pass them in the parking lot and the maintenance staff depending on the issue and time is usually there within 24 hours. my only issue is that most of the time that I need to go to the office they are usually closed. Feels like they are closed more then they are open

Maintenance is helpful. Management is decent if you can get past the fact that nobody cares about you here. You will always just be another number to the system. I will say most of the apartments around here operate like that though. If you enjoy connecting with people of all types of backgrounds then this place may surprise you! I have lived here for a few years and honestly I wouldn't give it more than three stars on its best day! Neighbors sometimes leave trash in halls.

Not a good place at all was cool when I first moved in but at the end of my least I didn’t receive my security deposit because they said I broke my lease early and I didn’t pay a months rent in full when I have all the receipts for it and idk how someone could be sort 6 bucks on there rent the lady in the office was cool tho apartment old and out dated Princeton management is the worst
