Trailer has damage that the maintenance men haven't been out to fix still, rent is higher than anywhere else in Monroe for no reason because they do nothing about problems in the neighborhood, they just tell you to call the cops and have them deal with it. Been told many times that they will take you to court after two weeks of missed rent and your fees will go up 300 dollars plus.

Missing parts to windows, closets doors with holes, vents have cigarettes buds from previous renter. Kitchen floor and cabinets damaged, bathroom toilet sometimes don't flush, fans does not work in bathroom, no screen door, missing outlet covers, no key to the top front door lock, damaged bathroom sinks. Prior to move in office did not come back for a walk through.

I had a problem in the winter with the front half of my trailer being freezing cold. I complained several times and they claim someone came out and looked under neath to make sure all the ducts were clear and said they were. The office ended up telling me it was how my home faced and how the wind was blowing and never did anything else.

The community is very family friendly. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is in working order. The grounds are kept up extremely well, even the snow is plowed before I had to go to work in the early morning. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for either short or long term residency.
