Constant harassment. The office staff love to walk through your yard unannounced taking pictures of you, your children and anything else they want.

Sold my home yesterday!! This place is going down fast. Overrated, expensive, and a rip off. Enjoy kayaking through the madness when it rains!! If you own your home and are thinking about selling. DO NOT GO through the Park-10% commission and they Do nothing!! Im the one who did all the work selling my home, they did nothing!! Best of Luck

Management doesnt know how to run the park and they pick and choose who they pick on and write up. The rent is outrageous for what you get and none of the bills are really included in rent.
