The Oaks On Lincoln

Never responded back any emails, or calls. I even went up there to the leasing office during posted business hours and no one was there. Pretty disappointing cause it looks like a solid place to live

very much interested, waiting for a return call or communication.

I didnt hear back after leaving a voicemail. I called maybe five times between two days. I called today and got an answer. Lady on the phone was very pleasant. But unfortunately nothing available right now for me.

I have lived in the 3 bedroom townhouse for over a year. My husband and I are retired and have a lot of stuff, but find the apartment to be very roomy. There is LOTS of storage room. Big closets and a large basement. The manager, Lori, is very friendly and so is Mark the maintenance person. I would highly recommend this apartment complex!

This ompany stole our deposit and put a mark on our credit report. We disputed and provided photos and receipts but they failed to respond. Oaks on Lincoln (Kaftan Communities) along with National Credit Systems are in violation of the FCRA and consumer protection laws. On top of that the community we lived at called Oaks on Lincoln had rats outside, they only have one maintenance person by the name of Mark on staff. He is the only full-time maintenance person for the whole apartment complex. There was also a time where we had a leak from upstairs dripping into the kitchen very close to the ceiling lighting. They did not repair this until a month later. Keep in mind that this could have caused an electrical fire and put everyone in the apartment complex in danger, including children and seniors. I also have the voicemails from Mgmt regarding the numerous issues encountered at the Oaks on Lincoln Apartment complex in Oak Park, MI.

We lived here for two years and the experience was great.The location is excellent and the complex is perfect for families and singles. The Property Manager is very helpful and responsive - any maintenance requests were promptly and thoroughly addressed. The Property Manager answered all our questions and helped us many times with our application and while we lived here. We never had any problems.The apartment is in a very quiet, residential neighborhood and there is off-street parking.Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The grounds are well-maintained and clean. There is a private pool - which is really great during the summer.We looked at many apartments in Oak Park before moving here and this one was definitely the nicest one.We moved because of work and would definitely have stayed here if we could. We miss living at the Oaks on Lincoln already.Besides the apartment itself - which was excellent - the Property Manager was very helpful and accommodating and made living here a very pleasant and hassle-free experience.
