I wasnt going to post a review, however the lack of communication and accuracy from the team here unfortunatel Read Morey urged me to post. My husband and I have lived there for three years before purchasing a home. 1 1/2 months after moving out we received our balance due from living there. (Charges for carpet replacement when it wasnt new when we moved in. ) The biggest issue being on the bill we received the first acceptable form of payment being a money order. I did call to see if they would take credit card over the phone, I left a voicemail and did not receive a return call. Luckily my husband works in Lansing still so he personally was delivering the money order only to find out they dont take that form of payment?! It was on the letter, the employee said I know, but we dont take money orders.... Im glad we didnt have to mail it in! This isnt my only issue with them, but a big one.

The complex as a whole is great, but sometimes it takes a while to get problems solved or get a response from Read Morethe leasing office. I have had to call about the same problem a few times before getting a response. I like the location, size of my unit, and amenities offered within the complex.
