Total Move in cost $2,500. ***YOU MUST COMPLETE AN APPLICATION IN PERSON OR ONLINE BEFORE WE SHOW THE RENTAL*** * All Occupants over 18 need to be on the same application. * Take a photo of your valid driver's license and upload it with the application * Take a photo of your two most recent pay stubs and upload them with the application: * You must have verifiable proof of income at least 3x the monthly rent * Persons with open bankruptcies will not be accepted * Persons with prior evictions, and default judgments for unpaid rent will not be accepted * You credit score should be at least 580, you can screen shot it on Credit Karma and upload it with your application * We will complete a background check before you can sign the lease and there are two ways we can do this. Option #1 is FREE: You can come to our office and run your own credit report using Credit Karma, Capital One, or Chase. It won't affect your credit score. We will need to see and print the entire report. This will not affect your credit score. Option #2 is $38 per applicant: We will send you a link from RentPrep's SmartMove to provide a credit report and a full rental background check. This will affect your credit score, and could cause it to drop. We prefer tenants have a Minimum Credit Score +/- 580, and NO EVICTIONS. If your credit score is just below 580, call me to discuss your circumstances. If you are currently in a bankruptcy, we will not consider your application at this time. You must transfer DTE and/or Consumers into your name and provide a confirmation number to us before you will receive keys to the property.
