Poor maintenance. ...windows aren't fully sealed and the bugs are horrible in the summer time! You have to continuously call about the same issues and they're never fixed. Manager is rude as well. Also there's no security cameras in the basement so someone can easily steal your belongings and get away with it. The rent goes up yearly w/o any benefits.

When we first moved in there were stains everywhere on the carpet, really you're not going to at least steam clean it before new tenants move in? Nothing was ever fixed since we moved in including our door buzzer that was broken since we moved in. Overall this place is not that great and costs too much to live in a run down 70 apartment.

Black mold and no one helps when I call. Everything is cheap and made to break so you won't get a security deposit back.

Office manager has very poor people skills and problem solving. I never feel as if my issues matter (one instance they were even called petty), nor are they handled in a timely fashion if they're handled at all. When bringing a problem to the office manager I'm often met with a total lack of interest (no eye contact, one word replies) a poor attitude, and even combative responses. I look forward to leaving.

The maintenance takes way to long to get completed. It took weeks from them to finish my bathroom. Now the work when they were finished was very nice but I have an unfinished bathroom for weeks and then one weekend I had no hot water full a full weekend. Also, I have to put in repeated requests for the same thing. It took them three times for a towel hanger in the bathroom. Or some times things never get fixed at all. There is water damage to the drywall in the living room above the window

Basement lights have not worked in over six months, the blinds never work and jam up or fall off, horrible windows throughout the apartment, air conditioners are out dated and blow warm moldy air, green pool uncleaned, ice on cement steps in the winter (all season), centipedes daily in the apartment, my unit never reaches 70 in the winter, washer and dryers make your cloths stink and there are no folding tables or any luxuries and last but not least, they raise your rent yearly lazy staff.
