    Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Theyll keep your holding fee if you decide not to move in despite what the policy says.

    I love living at club one it's quite clean and grounds are kept so clean! I've lived hear for 2 years and it's really nice.

    Very dissatisfied, not worth the rent. These apartments are outdated, no lighting provided in the living room or bedroom, tennis courts not usable, they do not have short term lease option for first-time renters. If your company tries to offer as a rental location run fast. Cannot pay rent electronically. Rent window is 4 days before/after the first of the month. if you pay after the 4th, there is a late fee and must pay late rent with a money order. A money order is required even if you have never bounced a check. Security and disturbances not enforced, carport usage is not enforced. Costs $20 extra to rent carport but so many others using for free. Garbage dumpsters are a mess, rats in the parking lots. Shower water is affected by others use in building, turning super hot/cold. Issues with washers and dryers are not resolved quickly and go through third-party service. Building key required to access the laundry room increases the potential to be locked out. Building key replacement, even when it brakes at no fault of your own is $75.00, and you have to pay with a money order to replace the key. Rent is not prorated when moving out, you move out on the last day of the month or you are on the hook to pay a whole additional months rent. Be sure to give written 45-day notice or you lose your security deposit as well as getting hit with additional rent.

    When I first moved in to Club One the management was horrible and "misplaced" several of my rent checks. Since then the management has been changed and things have been great. Maintenance gets work orders complete as long as you stay on top of things and the complex is relatively quite. The location is right down the road from Oakland, Great Lakes Crossing and Meijer. I have been a resident at Club One for over a year now.
