          Local Guide

See what Pontiac, MI has to offer.

          Local Reviews

We get very busy during the dream cruise. We also have a lot of Latino oriented food in our neighborhood.

The things I like most about my neighborhood is the view, and my favorite local business I like to go to are the restaurants and liquor stores

There is a big lake near the community. Every week, I will find a good day to go fishing or have a picnic with my friends.

Very diverse and people really seem to care about each other and their homes. Just had my house exterior painted (painter did a great job btw), and the painter ended up getting 6 more jobs from neighbors who also wanted to improve their homes. This is like a place out of a 1950's sitcom - that friendly and that welcoming. The kind of neighborhood you dream about

Park and church some times go to the lake with my friend and play soccer at the park with them and skating

Death is looming around every corner. There are a lot of old people out here so maybe the housing market will become affordable again soon.
