Mallard Cove

I am currently looking to move so I stopped in to get information. Very Professional & polite staff. Grounds clean. Not sure of much else. They seem nice & quiet.

Started out with bed begs twice when I moved in! I didn’t know what they were ! They Tryed to charge me twice $500 to spray ! It cost me more then $100 to wash every thing in my house! Second time! The guys that came in to spray said it’s coming from the old lady’s house next door hoarder and they can spray but it won’t work!!!! Then druggies up stairs big fights can’t sleep! You call the police you get a violation! No maintenance! Plumbing is bad! They won’t fix! Told bobbi in the office the water won’t go down after a shower! She told me gross a year ago!!! Toilet over flowed upstairs 8 times maintenance did dry vac floor but once! The rest let it go into tiles and you know it’s in the ceiling to will turn into blk mold don’t rent 6025 1A and don’t order anything because you won’t get they steal it! Don’t put any out going letters in mail box it will be stold! Back doors unlocked all the druggies live in the basement and up stairs and the office will not fix the door!!!!!!!! They don’t care! And everything we had in are storage lockers was stolen !

Very quiet, beautiful grounds!

Very cute apartments, quiet area whenever I go to visit a friend. Love the setup to how the apartments sit on this property.
