    Do not live here. You will not get your security deposit back even if carpets are professionally clean and are spotless when you leave. The subdivision will never be snowplowed correctly and it will be impossible to leave your parking spot unless you shovel yourself out. The sidewalks and subdivision are never salted either. I slipped twice at my two year stay at this dump and the second time landed me in the hospital with a concussion. The winters are extremely cold due to poor insulation in the building and not to mention the heat always went out no matter how many times I called to have them fix it. There are plenty of other apartment complexes in the area, do yourself a favor and skip this one.

    The reason I came to this apartment was for the excellent elementary school it covers. University hills elementary school. School bus pick up point is right near the leasing office. Superb maintenance. They did their very best keeping inner roads snow free during last horrific winter. Great swimming pool and lots of trees around. Highly recommended. Great value for money.

    I had a problem with the toilet when I moved in. I contacted the office and it was resolved immediately. I had no issues with the property since I moved in April 2013. The building I am in is quiet and well maintained.

    Their prompt maintenance service was great! I appreciated it greatly while I lived there from 2008 until 2013.

    I had a problem with a neighbor and the office didn't do anything to help the situation. It was so horrible that I had no choice but to leave Timberlea.
