Thanks, come back for our resident party on august 29th,
Management was terrible and they fail to take care of their property adequately. They do not give proper noti Read Morece and will enter property without notice and break things, repair things not requested and destroy property.

I am really sorry for your unfortunate experience.
You were at Foxcroft in 2014, that was before I was the property manager. I strive to make sure all of our residents have an enjoyable, stress free experience living at Foxcroft.
Henry our maintenance supervisor is the best, He responds to maintenance requests right away and neither he nor I would ever enter a resident's home without permission.
The townhome itself is nice. One of my neighbors is really loud. The walls are somewhat thin and sometimes you Read More can smell what a neighbor is cooking. My overall stay was ok. I would have stayed if the rent didnt jump up $30 every year.

Grounds keeping is not good and especially in the winter. Snow is not kept clean and salt is not put down in a Read More timely mannor. This should be don if it is still snowing or not early in the morning so kids do not have to get through it and people going to work should not have to clear it.
There needs to be a place for the kids to go play that is not around other peoples appartments as the screen loud, runaround and kick ball as well as through trash and no one to keep any control.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, we have changed management since 2014, and changed snow removal companies. We try to have the walks salted and the snow shoveled as soon as possible, even with unpredictable Michigan weather.
Not many apartment communities have a special play area for children, we are lucky to have some grassy areas where they can kick a ball.
Stop back sometime and see how we've grown.
