The new management is awful. They are constantly claiming to make improvements, but nothing is handled well. The road surfacing was a huge debacle that rescheduled 3 times and they didn't even go in pot holder during returning. There's no emergency maintenance. They say there is, but if you lose hot water or heat, no response outside business hours, even when temps are 11 degrees. Rent increases have been $150 year over year and they've reduced services. Now they're added $43 charges per month to pay extra utilities to the apartments and still pay the utility companies. Buyer beware... These are nice apartments inside and that's it. You won't get help from management or extra services like gate attendant (haven't had one for over 6 mo's now).

When I moved out I forgot my old grill and chairs on the patio. Easy mistake; instead of calling me to retrieve it they charged me $150 on my security deposit. I found it quite tasteless. My overall living experience over the 1 year was positive.

Overall the community was nice. I had problems with bugs getting in through the windows and door wall. They were not sealed very well. My backyard was a small peice of grass that you sunk into when you stepped on it so I could never enjoy my patio. There was always bird poop everywhere outside.

I would it rate it fair because the property we lived in had several holes where mice kept coming into the apartment from. We had to maintenance come more than 6 times to close the holes and take mice out of the apartment. We broke our lease because we were tired of continously calling maintenance. We stayed there for 1 year and before we left we caught a total of 7 mice. Not a pleasant experience. We also had spider infestation once the tree outside was cut. They all flooded into the 2nd bedroom of the apartment.
