North Park Towers

As a long time resident, 40 years, I find the improvements being made to this building are exceptional. The staff is very personable and maintenance is done in a timely fashion. After all these years, I can't find anything wrong with the place and I hope to stay for many more years. The improvements have been the best of all the years that I've been here.

My husband and I have lived here for 6 years and we have truly enjoyed our time here. We have seen management changes and it has been for the better. They have made numerous improvements and we have been very pleased with the outcomes. The office staff is very friendly, efficient and quick to respond to inquiries. The maintenance staff responds in a timely manner and knowledgeable. We have recommended this place to few of our friends and they have enjoyed their stay here as well this far. This apartment complex is great if you want quick access to all the major highways.

Rebranding, Changing the name to "North Park Towers" this place has done absolutely nothing the old "Sapphire" is still out of date no washer and dryers in unit, no self control AC OR Heat in unit, Ac Breaks and leaks all the time and the Management is terrible and Unprofessional. They charge you for the littlest things, 10% of your rent if you late because of emergencies they don't work with you at all even if its not your fault. this place thinks they can just change there name and get away with the same stuff. everything break around here I'm telling you if you are thinking about moving in here don't do it. i will never in my life recommend this place to anyone. This was the worst place i ever lived and iv only been here 8 months. please do me a favor and don't live here

Just Google them and check the news stories. Too bad I did that after I put down my non-refundable deposit.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, LYING LEASING AGENTS with ZERO follow through and COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL MANAGER with no regard for tenants whatsoever. Please DO NOT even think about moving here. Speaking from experience, i assure you, you will definitely regret it. Manager and the leasing agents are very unprofessional and horrible at what they do. Do not know how they manage to sleep at night doing the kind of job they do, giving false assurances and lying day in and day out, shamelessly ignoring what they make people like me go through. This is a sincere request to anyone looking for a new place-- PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. I have been through so much mental turmoil and stress dealing with these people. I am counting days till my lease is over so i can move out of the worst complex I have ever dealt with.

False advertising, i advise you PLEASE don’t chose this place. I’d rather stay in Detroit !!

DO NOT COME HERE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE RENT IS

My husband and I toured with Phillip last week and we see so much potential in the building to be absolutely outstanding. The updated apartments are beautiful and the staff are very passionate about honoring the history of the building. It is still under construction in some areas and levels, the entire east tower is empty as they renovate it completely. We were very interested in living here, however the lack of on floor or in unit laundry and the parking garage not being an option until construction was completed were both downsides for us. For the price of the apartment and the quality I think its a great option.
