I lived here two years ago. I would have given an average rating prior to moving out due to corners that are c Read Moreut in apartment maintenance such as the kitchen counters, the musty non ventilated laundry rooms, and maintenance of some of the grounds/amenities such as the tennis courts. However, when moving out the management exhibited very poor business practices and attempted to keep a sizeable portion of my deposit and would not speak to me without having a written dispute within the 7 day window of when the final notice had reached me in the mail.As it turns out though, they sent did not comply with the Michigan law to inform me that I had 7 days to make any dispute, and by not doing this they were required to return the deposit in full. After receiving my dispute letter informing them of this they did return the deposit. While this written notification is not within the 7-day timeline outlined by Michigan law, my notice did not properly comply with the Landlord and Tenant Relationships Act 348 of 1972 Section 554.609 which requires landlords to include in the notification the following language which discloses my requirements:You must respond to this notice by mail within 7 days after receipt of same, otherwise you will forfeit the amount claimed for damages.Had this language been included in the notification I would have complied and responded accordingly within the 7 days of receipt. Additionally, this same section states that the notification should have been accompanied by a check or money order for the difference between the damages claimed and the amount of the security deposit held. Given that my notification did not comply with the notice of damages requirement, pursuant to 554.610 I would like some guidance on when I can expect the non-disputed portion as well as the disputed portion of my security deposit.

This place is dirty and the staff is very rude! The K-9 unit are really smug and mean. It feels like being in Read Moreprison. Everything you do is watched and they are just waiting to fine you.

They dont do much of anything. Residents were literally stuck in the parking lot the last snow fall because th Read Moreey thought it was a good idea to wait two days to get someone out to shovel it. The parking spaces are still snowed in. Its so sad. I wanted to give it less than 1 star but that wasn't an option.

All services is very poor and unprofessional. I hear and smell everything in my apartment even with my windows Read More/doors closed. When I moved in I was greeted with the last person trash, plus there unwanted guests (insect). This my first experience living on my on, and Regal Towers gave me the worst possible living on my experience.

It's just thw right place for me at this time. I like rhw quick response maintenance. The security is comforta Read Morebly safe. My grands love to come over on weekends.
