I've been here 18 months and they broke in my vehicle, no parking, neighbors and staff's nasty and rude, basem Read Moreent flood/mold,they don't pick up the garbage, rent go up every year, put $10.00 on your rent statment every month, and they take your deposits(party)I can go on and on. Terrible place to live.

I have lived here for 7 months now and the experience has been terrible. The staff is very unprofessional, the Read Morey dont provide timely responses to calls or questions and they didnt even go over each part of our lease with us. There is a whole part of the lease they never told us about that involves towing your car if you let tire needs air or if it looks like your car was in an accident which they say is implemented by the owner. I have never in my life heard of an apartment towing renters cars. To make matters worse, rent is due around the first week of the month of course and this is the same time the tow company comes to take cars. So not only is the owner getting our rent money but he is also getting money from people getting their cars out of the impound as well seeing as it is his towing company. This apartment is just ridiculous. They dont provide timely service fixes, and they change apartment rules when they feel like it such as hours of the pool without warning. To top everything off, the rent is too high for what they are offering in amenities and atmosphere. I DO NOT recommend anyone live here.

I have lived here for 8 months and my over experience is a -1. My neighbors car tires were stolen and left sit Read Moreting on bricks and my apartment was burglarized 2 days before the new year during the day, due to the main entry doors ALWAYS being broken and open to anybody. Kids and teenagers run up and down the stairs and play on people doors and sit in the hallway all day. the property manager has no concern for residents safety. I can not wait till my lease is up in a few months. If you can please avoid this place with ALL measures. It's not safe and not worth your hard earned money "Everything that's cheap ain't good"

The place used to be nice but maintenance is extremely slow with fixing anything and the new office staff is v Read Moreery unprofessional. Rent is constantly going up but the building is falling apart. I'm out this project asap!

I resided at riverstone apartments for five years this was a large complex and most people worked very hard to Read More make it a home not just a stop over, I found that at times management allowed cost factors to keep this place top notch, but the entire staff was all about trying to make sure the paying residence concerns, complaint and problems were addressed.
