    The staff are the best, always caring and maintenance is very knowledgeable, the supervisor gets things done. Apt. are very large and well maintained, the landscape could use a face lift but all in all a great place to live.

    The Oxley is not a place to live if you prefer a clean environment. The property is always covered in trash and animal feces. Tenants leave trash bags in the hallways/ stairwells. We have been dealing with a roach problem since a month after moving in. For the first two months our complaints were not being taken seriously to the point where the property manager insisted we were making the issue up because we were the only people complaining which was never true. My surrounding neighbors told me that they have record of complaints about roaches for years and another neighbor said she had been calling since October 2019. Initially it took weeks to get in contact with the property manager and it took us sitting in the office for a hour while she told the leasing agents she didnt have time for us in front of our faces like we were not there and couldnt hear her, which lead to a not so pleasant exchange of words. We have been patient with management and exterminators since January and we are still battling this issue which seems to be getting worse rather than better. Whenever we make a complaint we have been faced with retaliation from our front door being left unlocked and opened for hours after a visit from the exterminator and when we called to complain, they blamed the exterminator. I was also accused of not paying my rent which lead to being harassed for two month with letters demanding rent that was already paid and court threats. Its hard to believe these things are just honest mistakes and Im sure I will face more retaliation after posting my honest review. The only solution we have been given is to break the lease which would cost us $2000. The apartments are spacious and if you get a renovated unit they are beautiful but you will have to deal with roaches and nasty backlash when you complain about the issue.

    I always find the anonymous reviews I see funny. If people are being truthful why hide your name. I love this place! Where else can you find an apartment this nice, at this price, for the size. My apartment is bigger than most homes. The new manager and property staff are by far the best ones we have had in years. If you do not get along with them, maybe you are one of the people that should not be living here.

    I called multiple times no answer emailed no response! It let me know if they don't care about getting you in the door they wont care once your in a lease contract. Horrible customer service.

    Terribly managed/ran. Full of empty promises that they use to suck you in like getting new windows/upgrades but you will never get them. They harass u for rent but provide NOTHING but an old leaky roof over ur head. Cant keep track of the amount of people in n out of manager position. Clearly poor decision making by management as they fired Lauren who was the ONLY competent person in the office that made sure things got done and the only one who seemed to care about us here. The other girl margaret talks to me like a CHILD. So rude to everyone. They also fired ALL the maintenance men that actually used to fixed my issues for me so now nothing is getting fixed. I have work orders that have been in for months and so far nobody can give me any answers on WHEN i can expect them to be addressed. Nothing i was promised has gotten done n they have a hard time providig even the BARE MINIMUM. If management was smart they would get the maintenance men back again before i call the city and get lauren back to make the people that PAY MONEY TO LIVE HERE happy again.

    Worst Apartment Complex Ever!!!! Do not move here! Always under new management so what does that tell you!! Biggest mistake in my life! Soon channel 2, 4, and 7 will have a story!
