      As a long time resident, 40 years, I find the improvements being made to this building are exceptional. The staff is very personable and maintenance is done in a timely fashion. After all these years, I can't find anything wrong with the place and I hope to stay for many more years. The improvements have been the best of all the years that I've been here.

      My husband and I have lived here for 6 years and we have truly enjoyed our time here. We have seen management changes and it has been for the better. They have made numerous improvements and we have been very pleased with the outcomes. The office staff is very friendly, efficient and quick to respond to inquiries. The maintenance staff responds in a timely manner and knowledgeable. We have recommended this place to few of our friends and they have enjoyed their stay here as well this far. This apartment complex is great if you want quick access to all the major highways.

      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, LYING LEASING AGENTS with ZERO follow through and COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL MANAGER with no regard for tenants whatsoever. Please DO NOT even think about moving here. Speaking from experience, i assure you, you will definitely regret it. Manager and the leasing agents are very unprofessional and horrible at what they do. Do not know how they manage to sleep at night doing the kind of job they do, giving false assurances and lying day in and day out, shamelessly ignoring what they make people like me go through. This is a sincere request to anyone looking for a new place-- PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. I have been through so much mental turmoil and stress dealing with these people. I am counting days till my lease is over so i can move out of the worst complex I have ever dealt with.

      They will take your security deposit and application fee, then disappear. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not live here! Sapphire has great apartment, but the office cant answer thier voicemail to let you know about your application or lease. Not worth the hassle. Thier applicants are not thier priority
