        I swear I hate this place more and more everyday. So tired of having to come in the main office to report repairs that need to be done for example my stove would get so hot it felt like it was going to catch in fire. On Christmas I heard nothing but fire detectors going off all day. Had to get that fixed. Now it's the microwave for the second time. They never did all the proper repairs/updates you would do when someone new moves in or out. Literally all they did was paint. Two years later and I'm begging them to get my tub glazed and cauked because it was never done to begin with. I'm so tired of having to come to the office every other week and now it's to where I'M APOLOGIZING for always bothering them when it shouldn't be like this at all. Why am I feeling like an inconvenience, why AM I APOLOGIZING to maintenance and the office lady like I did something wrong?! I hate the fact I renewed my lease and I hate the fact that I have to beg to have things that any resident should have!!! "Oh yea I won't be able to get to that till late in the day after he refuses to go upstairs and look at because he's about to leave in fifteen minutes," I SWEAR I HATE IT HERE

        I'm happy with Rick., because every person every apartment I've inquired to about their Apartments has been very polite and very courteous very very informational I appreciate that and I look forward to sooner or later finding an apartment where I'm happy

        I moved in not too long ago but I have not had a bad experience yet. The leasing agent Jasmine made the move in process simple and quick! I really like how big my apartment is and the location.

        Very outstanding facility, its amazingly quiet and peaceful. The staff is awesome , offered me and my partner snacks and refreshments. I absolutely love the apartment and the updates to each of them , very clean and did I mention how respectful the staff is ? Yes, the staff made us feel at home soon as we walked In . I LOVE IT AND EVERYTHING THAT COMES WITH IT!!

        The rent is competitive, the maintenance crew does a quality job and the manager of the property, Kim, is very good at working with tenants, understanding their needs and helping them find resources.
