Their communication is horrid and the leasing office is incredibly incompetent. They rarely get back to you and then blame you for not already knowing what you came to ask.

My experience with Laurel Valley is a breeze with Samantha helping me whenever I have a question! The maintenance guys are great too!! Everything I have asked for was done within 24 hours!!! It's a beautiful complex, I would highly suggest living here!! You won't regret it!!!

They dont tell u to bring your own GRASS!! Im paying $1313 a month and it looks I live in the projects!! Didnt see my unit till the move in date!! The outside has bald grass, I put down grass send but they do the lawn even when its raining !! The grass looks worse and worse !! They mowers just rips up the grass!!
