Would not recommend leasing office is full of it they are rude and very disrespectful. ! they are unprofessional and disgusting. apartments are not cleaned well and appliances are old patches in carpet and they wont replace it. they have a buzzer on the door in your apartment that doesnt even work its just for show. air conditioner doesnt work properly. stuff is falling apart I mean just a mess.

Management responded within the next business day. I was informed that the move in day I requested would be available. I can feel free and fill out an application if I would like.

not a good place to rent so call manager dawn been here two years an all she do is go up on the rent every lease dogs are in all over the place to many.

I lived at Eastbrooke for 3 years and had a very pleasant experience. Maintenance always came out and fixed things very quickly and the manager was very understanding when a had a financial issue. I had great neighbors they were friendly and quiet. I only moved out because I had a job offer in a different state but I would highly recommend this place!

The people there are reallyfriendly. Whenever I had an issue they were on it johnny on the spot. The management team make sure I was comfortable at all times. Your living situation is whatever you make it if you pay your rent on time and take care of your businesspeople will take care of you and that's exactly what Eastbrook apartments it for me. I got my deposit back in a timely fashion and if I was to move back to Michigan Eastbrook apartments I will definitely be back to write with them
