    I placed in an application for the wait list of an apartment. Then they emailed me saying they had a 2 bedroom apartment available and to call within 24 hours if wanted. So I called them literally 10-20 times and even popped up at the office during business hours and was never able to speak with anyone.I left voicemails and never received any callbacks including the last voicemail with me saying you took so long I found another apartment so give me back my $100 for the application. I feel like if you cant answer the phone after so many times of calling during business hours and even taking my time to go to an empty office that is listed open, you wont be any help when I move in. So lorrraine manor, can I finally get a call back and refund for the application now???

    I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment The manager to Lorraine was very helpful with information even though they do not have anything available. She called around for me and found me a 2 bedroom apartment. When my lease is up i will be contacting Lorraine manor again to see if they have anything available.

    Our property manager Crystal is so amazing. I just had a family gathering at my place and the same family members who were saying I should move a few years back complimented how great my townhouse looks with the updates and also how good the grounds are being kept! Without Crystal none of it was getting done, the last manager made 0attempts to improve anything. Hey

    I been here 10 years , Crystal has put this place together in the last 2yrs better than anybody that has been with this company. Anything that i need done its not an issue at all. As long as crystal is the manager i will stay at lorraine
