    They really need to put berber carpet in those apartments and keep it updated. Every time someone new moves in, it should be replaced. They can afford it considering all the money they are paid from each tenant monthly. It's just not fair to have to move in with filthy, nasty dirty carpet from people who have animals. and the fact it is half way cleaned when they clean it before you move in. It's just wrong!!! and unsanitary and unhealthy. The appliances including the washers/dryers need to be replaced. I had one of the worse experiences living there ever. When they replace them they give you another old one. They are very old and out dated and always need fixing. The tenants still smoke in the apartments and put the cigarettes butts out on the banister instead of using a ashtray and it looks so disqusting. Those nasty tubs need to be replaced too. I only took showers the tubs are a disgrace to sit in. The office smells like wet dogs and cats along with cigarette smoke. They need to spray more around for the bugs and spiders in the summer. Spider webs are everywhere. They should consider hiring more workers. Not enough help at all. The one who work currently is very nice and works hard, but in my opinion I think they need some more help. The balconies need to be updated also with a good paint job. The office smells terrible with cigarette smoke that hoovers all over and when you open the door to come in it hits you straight up your nose and face, It's horrible and smells so bad with cat hair all over! When you leave out you smell just like it. It's VERY BAD!!!.
    I would not recommend anyone who is a clean person and like nice things to move there. Yulk!

    my lease is up in a few months & I'm counting down the days. Everything needs to be updated so bad my stove is from the 1980's and doesn't work all the time, You will always find a bug, and I'm OCD our place is spotless. My neighbors are nasty, so nasty. The lady in the leasing office has it smelling of cigarettes & cats because she lives there. Ok I get the cats because we can have cats there by why let them roam freely in the leasing office? Also, we can't smoke in our apartments so why is she smoking in hers and in the leasing office? Not that I smoke anyway but it's the principal and i don't want to smell that and I don't want smell like that. She also has lied a few times to me, and she's not the most customer service friendly person and don't have her do any thing because she will not you have to go to her. In the winter go luck!!!. There's more but to sum it up keep looking else where because this isn't it and the owner is a lawyer and he don't care.

    They take care of the property and any problems that there may be in the apaetment. They are considerate of the tenants and their wishes and needs. My only complaint is that they cashed my post dated rent check before the date written and causing the check to bounce and charge my account with insufficient fund fees. They did not reimburse me for the charged fees even though the date the check was posted for was when I was out of town and didn't want to have to deal with a late rent fee.

    its a quiet community. the area is nice and there is woods close by to walk in and a nature park. Its near schools and good shopping.

    It's quiet. Any issues I have with anything (water heater, garbage disposal, etc) are quickly resolved.
